CELLULAR , everyone has one nowadays it seems, especially in new york. its the best way to keep in touch, other than the internet. but hey, some phones have that ability, don't they?
GREENWICH VILLAGE , years ago greenwich village wasn't much of anything special--a housing area for the upper middle class. now, however, its turned into the biggest social scene this side of new york. its home to the richest new york has to offer and is lined with expensive condos and a huge congressional square.

FIFTH AVENUE , (3 sub-boards) one of the more famous places in the city. home to the empire state building, the new york public library, rockafeller center, and saint patrick's cathedral. it's known as the best place to shop.
WALL STREET , home of the stock market. its a little hectic here during morning and evening rush-hour. i'd be careful if i were you.

BROADWAY , one of the busiest places in the city. lined with theaters that have various shows running at all times, broadway can prove to be quite a dangerous place if you go there at the wrong time.

MALL OF GOTHAM , the local mall, owned by balthazar nibelung. it's nothing short of huge and located some way's away from central park on the 'good' side of town.

TIME'S SQUARE , a grand 'square' of sorts that is the home of the grand new years eve ball-drop. it's become a little bit of a party area.
CHINATOWN , the notorious hangout for the yukuza gang. at least at night. during the day it's a fun place to hang out with all the oriental stores and restaurants.

PENN STATION , there have been numerous gun fights staged down here and many people have lost their lives over the years. but for the most part it's a hustling, bustling subway station.
LITTLE ITALY , another famous hangout for a gang--the italian mafia. just like chinatown, little italy is a fun place to be during the day. you can meet so many vibrant people there.
CENTRAL PARK , the largest, most famous park in all of new york city. perfect to take a date, but beware of what time you're out. some parts of the park are definitely not the safest.
GREEKTOWN , greek town is a nice place during the day, with exuberant vendors and charming shops. during the night it becomes home to the grecian mob and their dirty dealings.
BRONX VOO , the zoo has grown over the years, extending a bit farther than it has before. various animals from all over the world reside here and the butterfly garden is a fantastic place to visit when its summer.

BOTANICAL GARDENS , the botanical gardens is a stunning place in the spring and summer. they have shows and discussions on all the plants in the area.

MADISON SQUARE GARDEN , the name given to four arenas where various events take place. basketball and other more artsy things. cirque du soleil has been known to preform here from time to time.

CONEY ISLAND , closed down sometime in 2000 it has since been re-furbished and re-opened. the amusement park is back up and running and doing better than ever. the lights of the park can be seen from across the water.

BRIGHTON BEACH , everyone knows the name of this beach, after all, it is famous. brighton beach is home, not only to a real beach, but to many large, up-scale condos and private residences. very chic.

NEO HARLEM , harlem has changed over the years and now it's back to the slums of new york. drug dealing and mafia hookups are made here all the time.

BROOKLYN BRIDGE , some people like to take jogs, or walks, along the bridge at various times of the day. maybe not the most clean place, it does have a great view of the city.
